Cancellation and Refunds Policy

At Gymlive, we're committed to providing a smooth, transparent experience for both users and coaches. This policy outlines your rights and responsibilities when subscribing to coaches on our platform.

1. Subscriptions & Billing

When you subscribe to a coach on Gymlive, you are entering a monthly subscription agreement.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled before your next billing date.
  • All subscription fees are set by individual coaches. Prices and perks may vary from coach to coach.
  • Billing Transparency: If a coach changes their subscription fee, you will be notified in advance.
  • Payment Method: By subscribing, you authorize Gymlive (or its third-party payment processor) to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis. It's your responsibility to ensure payment details are accurate and up to date.

2. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Once you subscribe to a coach, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including dissatisfaction with services.

  • This applies regardless of how much of the subscription period has passed.
  • Gymlive does not offer partial refunds, pro-rated billing, or exceptions.

3. Coach Performance

Coaches on Gymlive are independent service providers who manage their own content, perks, and pricing.

Gymlive does not guarantee any outcomes or results from a coach's training or service.

If you are not satisfied, you may unsubscribe at any time via:

  • The coach's profile page, or
  • Settings > Subscriptions in your account dashboard.

4. Cancelling a Subscription

You can cancel your subscription any time via your account settings.

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle—you will retain access until that period ends.
  • To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellation must occur before the renewal date.
  • If cancelled after the renewal date, your subscription will remain active until the end of that billing month.

5. Platform Fees & Free Access

Gymlive operates on a percentage-based commission taken from coach subscription fees.

  • This helps us maintain and improve the platform experience for both coaches and users.
  • Gymlive is completely free to use for all users—you will only be charged if you actively subscribe to a coach.

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.

Please keep your login credentials secure and ensure that your use of the platform complies with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Gymlive is not liable for unauthorized access to your account.
