  • Phone Number (optional for support and verification)
  • User ID (automatically generated)

This data is used to manage your account, send system notifications, and enable secure access.

2.2 Health & Fitness Information

With your permission, GymLive collects fitness and activity data through wearable device integrations or direct user input. These include:

Health info:

  • Heart rate (average, max)
  • Sleep duration
  • Activity time

Fitness info:

  • Steps
  • Calories burned
  • Distance
  • Session participation data
  • Workout goals and achievements

❗ We do not collect diagnostic medical data, genetic data, or illness-related health records.

This data enables real-time tracking, personalized programs, leaderboards, and training insights.

2.3 Photos, Videos, Audio & Files

To support content sharing and engagement features, GymLive may collect the following only if you choose to upload or record content:

  • Photos and videos: You may upload media to chat conversation or profile picture/timeline.
  • Voice/sound recordings: During live sessions or check-ins, audio may be captured with consent.
  • Files and documents: Users may upload documents related to fitness plans, reports, or event submissions.

Media content is user-controlled and not collected unless you explicitly upload or record it via the app.

2.4 Technical, Diagnostic, and Performance Data

To ensure the app operates reliably and securely, we collect the following diagnostic data:

  • Crash logs: Information about system crashes or failed operations
  • Diagnostics: Device type, OS version, screen resolution, battery level, and similar app performance metrics
  • Other app performance data: Session lengths, feature usage frequency, latency, and response time

This data is anonymized where possible and used exclusively for app improvement and bug fixing.

3. Why do we collect your data

We process your data to:

  • Provide you with personalized health and fitness tracking
  • Deliver training programs and coach feedback
  • Enable tournament participation and challenge engagement

  • Health & fitness data: Deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
  • Media content: Deleted immediately upon user request or account deletion.
  • Diagnostic and performance logs: Retained for up to 12 months for analysis, then deleted or anonymized.

You have the following rights:
